Leaving my dog home alone vacation

So my family are planning to go overseas for 2 weeks - I personally don't want to leave my dog alone but my parents want the whole family to go and since I'm only sixteen, I won't be able to stay home alone for 2 weeks. I'm just wondering if it's okay if I leave my dog outside (he has a shelter room that has his bed and bowls of food/water) and having a relative to just come over and give him food and take care of him. But he is an aggressive dog (to animals) and he will bark every time he sees a passenger walking past our house. What I'm afraid is that he'll bark during the day as he wants attention which will cause annoyance to the neighbourhood, I'm also afraid that at night time he may go outside and bark.
Since my dog is an aggressive dog and he has bit another dog before, I can't give my dog to my cousins/friends since they already have dogs. The ones that don't have dogs well, their personality and how they act, I really don't want to give my dog to them to look after (they'll probably hit my dog).
So the only way is to bring a relative over and give him food - will that be ok or no?
Thank you!

TLDR: I'm going overseas and I have a dog and he's going to be home alone for two weeks. Is there any suggestions on what I should do? I'm planning to bring a relative to come over and check him up every morning and night and give him food/water. Will he bark at night (since he's going to be able to go outside out of his room)? He'll be staying at my backyard and not inside the house.

If I can't find anything then I guess I have to just kennel the dog or whatever it is (take them to daycare or whatever, although it's really expensive)...

Don't be silly, if you leave it 2 weeks worth of food, it'll just eat it all up in less than a week, and be bloated and sick.

Seriously, if your family doesn't know how to take care of a pet properly, why do they even have one? -_-"

There are doggy hotels or daycare centres. Are your relatives good with dogs and/or your dog? They'll have to walk him and if you're in Aus..... unpredictable rain.
