@NecroBlox With stats that bad you should call the ISP and have them run a "line test" to check out the cables hooked to your house. Winter weather can make the connectors get loose or have bad connections and there might be something they can fix to get your service back to the level you're paying for.

@Revenants It usually shows what it thinks the location of your IP address is, not necessarily your actual location. If your ISP is out of California, the IP address may show up as CA.
Most ping test sites let you choose a server close to your home so you get the best test results for up and downloads. For ping test a server far away is usually better so you get a more accurate test.

I was curious when I saw your pic, does the test not actually show your real city as well? Cause I just find it weird that it shows a different city when you are clearly testing from your own.
