I have 3 billion mesos to spend on pure equipment since I already perfected my weapon.
So I'm wondering, how much %dex can I get from 3 billion?

yea u can get 50~60% or maybe more like opmeTK said. Try finding 6% dex equips and 1 % nebs maybe?
