Did a better alternative to the Cra set come out?
I've noticed that the prices seem to have dropped. I know that there is currently an abundance of them in the market because of the 2X Drop coupons Nexon just gave everyone but these prices remind me of the time the Empress Set fell.
If not then do you think a new set(s) will come out soon that will outclass the CRA + Tyrant + Gollux set? I want to start funding my characters and perfecting equips but only with the best of items.
All information is much appreciated.

Bonus Potential is affected by 4th tier as well as %Att for weapons. I know its unconventional considering most people are using the typical ra 4 set but its something to consider.

4th tier is useless for weapons, because it doesn't give anything better than 3rd tier weapon lines.
%stat you get 1% more per line on Legendary, which means at most you're gaining 3% on the Shoulder.
The weapons have at most 25 attack more, and you're trading 30% boss for 45 attack. If you already cap then neither really matters, and I don't think before endgame 45 attack would matter for anyone more than 30% boss.

Yes, I know that the absolabs cape, shoes, and most likely gloves are useless due to being outclassed by tyrants and/or dojo gloves. The shoulder on the other hand could be usable with the weapon and ra 3 set.

they added a normal mode, in a upcoming/recently released kms update. though its uses a coin shop similar to the hexa boss/tyrant glove thing

Do you also know that, in order to get the Absolabs set, you will need to have 2m~2m range party of 6 people to barely kill the boss that maybe drops it
The set will be extremely pricey if people do try and get those, like the SW sets.

If you don't care enough to transpose 15 star tyrants then yes, if you're excessively funded and can transpose Tyrant gloves,shoes and the cape you'll probably get better stats with SW.

im not a pro, barely half way to 1m range, but i think its more due to the re sell factor. unless you are one of the few korean players who will dedicate lots of years to maplestory, you wouldnt want to transpose a tyrant shoe to sw. once you transpose it, it becomes untradeable. you could psok it once, so it can be tradeable once, but you would have to find someone who is willing to pay that high price, and thats its to that character forever.

i bet if they changed the sw item drop rate to before it was nerfed, lots of people would use it. set effects so op
@Neokeoro: Top+Bottom combo for life man. Ain't got time for an overall! Unless it's the TMS overall that increases your damage cap to 100m on critical hits.

Cause it has major limitations, like only being able to trade it once if you scissor the empress/cra item before transposing. Also you get more defense ignore using CRA compared to SW.

They recently added a new set in KMST called the Absolabs set. It's got a better set effect than root abyss, I don't think people are going to jump onto it right away.
