Question concerning hired merchants
I've read that if you reopen the shop just before it expires, you're able to keep it open until the next time the merchant closes - is this true?
Since my merchant expires at 3:00 pm tomorrow, if I reopen it at 2:59 pm, would the shop stay open until 2:59 pm the next day, despite passing it's expiration date?

It's a great way to stretch the time you can use a 1-day hired merchant, effectively giving you almost 2 days worth of use out of it. This extra day is very useful for those getting their hired merchants through the reward shop, as you are only able to get them twice a month, so by reopening it just before it expires, you're effectively saving yourself 3,400 reward points a month, which can be spent in other sectors, such as the Red and Black Cubes.
