'oy, I'll have you know that the best class in the game has plenty of reasons to be 'stuck with'. But yeah, Maple's the same old grinding game, just with a different grind other than levels and some more variety. It's actually possible to solo a lot of the bosses with less damage range than others(Not really viable for some classes, such as yours truly, but c'est la vie), and some are pushovers while others have some challenge.

Maple's a game that you should probably play casually and take breaks every so often. Currently I've been taking a break to DM my first D&D session and play a new game I decided to try, and while I'm falling behind, I'll come back to the game eventually and still have fun with it; too many people get burned out too quickly by trying to progress and not having FUN with what they enjoy.

Lol, I'd say it's always worth a go if it peeks your interest. But @setget hit all the points.

If you do continue playing, play for personal enjoyment and don't compare yourself to anyone else. Have personal goals and work off of that.

All the regional quests seem to have gotten shorter and fewer in each town. Monster drops for quests usually stay within the area now. Also, the amount of monster kills and quest items required has decreased significantly. NPCs sometimes mention two locations to obtain a quest item and some dialogue is a bit messed up.
I'm not sure how long ago this was, but some areas are now locked like Kerning Square, making it impossible for newer characters to obtain certain codex cards.
Also not sure how long ago: touch damage has become more frequent, which is really unfortunate for fragile classes.

Nexon just stopped an event halfway through without notice because it took them a week to realize how abusable it was. On the upside, the Beauty Coupon event is fun.

This is surprisingly accurate.

That being said, I think the game's still pretty fun. You should try it still, TS!
