Shadower

To all veteran shads

Hey shaddies I want to know if funding a shad is easier to fund than a NL, I have been thinking about changing jobs because funding a NL is too hard haha

I need to know also how much a Dragon Khanjar would be average in Scania and if anyone would be cool to sell one to me if I want to become a shad.

Thanks lads

Funding a shad vs funding an NL is not too far different. Dragon khanjars are at a premium and finding one with good potentials is even more difficult. I see 12% or unique tier NL charms in FM for the cost of a clean dragon khanjar in some cases.

Shad 4 lyf. Honestly I think it's much harder to fund one because of the fact nobody plays the class, so there are barely any decent daggers/dkhanjars in the fm.

Why use one dagger.. when you can use two? Be a DB
I can't really be bothered changing to a class who uses different stats, I want to still use the gear I am using right now. But i'll consider it. I like flashy classes such as NL's when they use the quad throw and the Shad's spamming midnight carnival whilst meso is spitting out hahaha. Thanks for posting here ^^ <3 <3
Sad to disappoint you but a shad just spam Nate in boss now and ME is really of no use unless you start doing 37m(?) with Carnival

I dont this our skills are super flashy, sure midnight carnival hits multiple times, but low lines. BS delay is a little bit annoying.
The one that i can tell u is that our survivability is extremelly goooood

@neonz you'll definitely lose out on mobbing and will have to scroll a secondary, unlike shad's charm. I personally find shadower to be a lot more versatile with its multiple skills. I think that assassinate has improved so much that it's actually more mobile than quad throw (and in the KMS skill changes a few months ago I believe it said you can now use it midair). However when it comes to mobbing NL is definitely in my top 3.
I doubt it. Honestly the best thing you could really do if you want to balance saving money with having high dps is to make a dex based class. Preferably an archer of some sort. %Dex has always been easier to come by than %Luk.

Ohh right I see thanks for the reply!

So would it be a good idea to change to a shad if I kind of don't have enough funding? What changes do I expect from a NL to a Shad? Are they more fragile than NL's? I hope they're just as flashy as NL's. Do I also need to buy the mastery books again to gain the skill levels? Also how much are Dragon Khanjars?
OT...but...+1 for being a Shad. You guys are the best things in Maplestory.

To your topic...historically Shad's have been SLIGHTLY easier to fund because Claws are so much harder to find and so much more expensive. Idk if it's still like that, I've never made a luk based class outside of link mules (mainly because I make gear for %Luk and the sell/trade it for %Dex because you can get so much more dex% out of just one well scrolled and cubed Luk% item.)
