Is it to gain attention? Is it simply boredom? Or maybe another reason I might have missed.

To entertain me when I'm really bored and to find out stuff.
It's a nice break from the more serious forums.
You can chill in Basil and be as stupid as you want since 1/2 the population is a bunch of 12 year olds that won't understand you.
Boredom, and to get some of my views across on some things, but the main reason I still frequent is because of the friends I've made that still use it.
the drama in some threads entertain me
Acutally, now that I think about, I don't really know to be honest...
because i'm bored and idk anyone irl.
