How capable is my PC for gaming?

My main goal is to be able to run Fallout New Vegas on high settings with a consistent 60 FPS.

How good would this PC be able to handle it? I also know it's graphic card sucks and i'm planning on replacing it. What card would you recommend I buy? My budget would be around 120 dollars but I would be willing to go a little higher if you bring up some good points.

This computer's CPU passes the minimum requirement of at least a Pentium 4.

Most branded prebuilts that do not come with video cards like yours, usually have a power supply that will limit your upgrade options. This is a good time to open up your desktop PC and look at the wattage rating on that power supply. Powerful video cards will require a power supply upgrade in most cases.
