Switching from Nw to Bam
Hey guys. I decided to start looking into Bam's, and what can I say. They look amazing!
My first char after BB was a bam but that was so long ago, updates have been had etc.
Would you guys think that it'd be worth the switch? I dont mind that I might be lacking in the bossing department, they just look too damn good to be left out on.

BaMs are probably one of the harder mages to fund, ngl. The range increase is.. meh.
But yes, imo, BaMs look the most bootifur. You can't exactly run out of fun on a BaM... you just keep pulling lines after lines after lines. I mean a DB probably hits more lines/sec but there's just something about BaMs that make it so much funner. If you're into it for the animations, BaMs are the way to go. That, or I/Ls cos the blue is apparently gorgeous. I detest the shockingly neon blue scheme but others would beg to differ.
Welcome aboard bro. BaMs' fun factor make up for most of their flaws IMO and @above I saw your post on your issue on the controls post revamp and honestly it isn't that hard for me. Only when breaking speed cap will it get a bit tricky to control but other than that it's not that bad.
most op class to probably one of the hardest to control + it will not reward you..
If you want to go for it you should but my prediction is once you get to the boss department youll probably try out another mage
But nw is just a cheap class alltogether so in the respect department youll go from 0 to 100 xD
I just quit my BaM for a nightwalker since I couldn't kill hard gollux D;
If you really enjoy the play style of BaMs then go for it. I'd try one out yourself first before committing to the switch, because looks can be deceiving if your impression is only from videos.
I technically dont care about damage, my NW has a buffed range of 550k~ But that goes without saying it's not that fun to play. What's the meaning to play a game if there is no challenge?
Even if you fund your bam, it will probably never outdamage your NW. If you can keep that in mind and still have fun, go ahead.
Going from NW with one of the most DPS/HPS to BaM which is mediocre. If you can bare that then go for it 100%
