Since you mentioned this, which do you think is better: Logitech G700 or Razer Naga?
They're too different which means I cannot disregard one's personal preference.
Their macro button layouts are different, their ergonomics are different, and their features are different.
You save the money and buy a better mouse, keyboard, or audio setup somewhere else.

Isn't higher wattage better?
No. Computers will only pull as much wattage as they need. The system you listed as of now has a maximum power draw of about 350 watts.
I'm planning on playing Guild Wars 2, and FF Realm Reborn atm
Then you're fine with the Radeon R270X.
You can throw the money to a part that's actually useful like an SSD as opposed to vibration dampeners.
edit: Just checked real world power draw numbers. This system won't draw more than 290 watts.
Drop the wattage on the power supply to 500-600 watts and used the combined extra money to step up another component. Alternatively, get a more trusted power supply, though LEPA is not bad. Personally, I would get a more powerful video card, but without knowing what games you play, I don't know how much that would make sense.
I have a separate budget for that, and I have the extra $40 because I want to reach a discount deal.
