Evolution Lab?
When I try to enter now he just says "Welcome to the Evolution System". What am I doing wrong? I tried it on a level 137 and a level 203, have no clue what's up @_@

is the experience there just bad in general now?
They changed it and added more quests now. You have to do those.
Check edelstein resistance HQ for the new quests
