but arkarium has 90% pdr, so for maximum efficiency, 90%, (plus there's evidence in kms of a black mage raid coming out soon (in kms, at least), and he will probs have AT LEAST 90% ignore)

Doesn't work like that, the % ignore is a percentage of a percentage (lol)
For example, if you have 70% PDR ignore, you're ignoring 70% of 70%.
