The exception illegal instruction
Can anyone help me? I keep getting an error saying:
"Maplestory: Maplestory.exe - Application Error
The exception Illegal Instruction
An attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction.
(0xc000001d) occurred in the application at location 0x00a9dfdd"
I've been getting this so often now. It's getting on my nerves, and it kicks me like every 2 minutes. I've also tried searching for this problem, but no luck.
I also tried redownloading the game, trying both gamelauncher and site as well as reformating my entire computer (I had a virus).
All help is appreciated.

You reformatted for a virus? People are so unresourceful these days.
Disable UAC and all compatibility and try again.
It sounds like they're detecting an some sort of third party programs running. Try closing all of the programs, especially P2P programs like uTorrent and Limewire.
Never heard of this. Try running the game as admin. Try running as compatibility as XP. Try closing all other programs in the background.
