Where to hunt Soiled Rags
What's the best place to hunt Elder Wraiths for their rags? I still need 28 of them and I cannot find a place with a 'decent' spawn. I've got Soul Driver so a place with large amounts of them is preferred. Thanks in advance.
Also, could you tell me how to get there? I'm a noob in the Phantom Forest. Ty!

FM isn't my friend. I still need 20 rags and not 1 shop in the SCANIAN (!) FM is selling.
