I finally did it
After over 2k circs i finally got buff duration 32%...but in 17 circs this night... >.<...now all these just sit in my inven...But im still happy even tho the last 2 are pretty bad...

He's a DB. Final Cut is basically an extra 60% damage but with a 90 sec cooldown and 60 sec duration. If you get buff duration you can almost get Perm FC which is constant extra damage.

I just tested it and there's like a second or less before i can use it again. The moment the buff disappears the last little tick goes too FC so i can use it again. thats good enough for me! im alright with a second before i can use it again!

Not to burst your bubble but a 100 mech and 150 merc + 34% buff duration isn't enough for perm. I still have 5~10 seconds without fc
@cyberdudelol: Lol yea I know But its also a good way for money. Just use the coins you get from that method on scrolls too sell instead of circs too use lol

What you do is at 11:00 EST you do Occupy > Hard > solo. When you're finished don't go rushing in, collect your coins and then go in. If you don't do this you get less coins then you should. at the end of the 25 Rounds you should have 235 Special coins, trade them in for the normal bronze ones you should get 2115 coins. then with the other bronze coins that you should be getting you'd have a total of 26xx amount of coins which means you should trade them in for the circs which would be roughly around 512~525 circs if you're doing this correctly every day.
