I'd probably want to alter the experience system to encourage party play, but only towards people who contribute to the party itself. Players who deal (or at least attempt to) damage would gain the exp bonuses, while players who sit and do nothing gain no exp or shared mesos. This means only party members who PLAY with the party gain, while leechers gain nothing. However, I'd even consider going so far as giving each party member full exp/mesos for each kill, so long as they are participating.

Oh, I'd also introduce more equipment for higher levels... or at least make it more available to players.

I would CHANGE how dojo works ex:
under five mins this glove
between five and ten this glove
etc until 30 where the gloves is almost worthless
