Where to get skill books?
will the skill books that I need like flame wheel, dark fog, etc will they drop from hilla or RA? Also, what skill books and mastery books do I need?

You don't need a skill book for Blaze. The other skill book is Dark Fog.
I kept doing RA and Hilla and eventually got all my books.
You'll need Flame Wheel and [b]Magic Mastery[/b] for 9th growth. You don't have to get Dark Fog and Soul Stone yet as they are 10th growth skills (level 160+).
