if i use a 2x exp coupon (cs) + a exp pot (the 10% bonus exp) + hs + ToT coupon will they all stack?

No, the Tot. As in the ginger kid. The coupon gives 1.5x exp

You can't stack the Tot coupon with another 2X card, this is what you can do:
Tot+Potion+HS
2X Card+Potion+HS
Only the ToT coupon won't stack.
