Extremely simple - top left macro is buff master - teleport mastery. Most buffs to the side. Heal is on Del because that's where I usually put my hp pots. holy shield on D for easy access. Skills on the F- keys arent going to be used much so they dont have to be close by. Am I the only one who keeps most of the default keys? o.o

When I casted the macro one of them got cancelled and the other got activated

What I do when I get dispelled is cast all the buffs first, then press the macro twice (cancels both buffs), and then press it again
