The muspell / pensalir set is only a good for decent skills because they're still tradable after equip. (dSI, dAB)

The rich wont buy it cuz the equip suck
The poor wont buy it cuz they are poor
Just NPC it and save the troubles

@Kazzooey: There really isn't a reason for anyone to buy any of these armours, but at least it's good alternative for those who are poor or have poor money-management skills. Like I said, cheap alternative, there's a reason it's cheap, hehe.
