Try lvl 120 Monkeys, Im sure they drop
i saw some guy in bera smega "i just found this" and it was a reverse killic.
If this helps, I didn't get any at Strong Stone Goblins, non mirrored side. But then again, I didn't get a Note Chair either, and I killed every monster each spawn cycle.
