Empress Dr
I heard that when you have a certain amount of people in an emp run, she can DR at will without any cool downs (basically, the DR can't be timed anymore). Is this true? If so, how many people do you need to randomize the DR?

This hasn't been the case since Unleashed.
This used to be the case where multiple people messed with the timer. Now it's got the cooldown like soloing does.
well before it was randomized as soon as there was more than 1 person in the party
havent tried since unleashed, so im unsure
itd be nice if it had the 70 second cooldown in party too, empress was fun, but i cant solo anymore
when ever there is a message that says something to the effect of she is focusing on a player the dr timing is reset. It only happens when someone is dealing more damage than the rest of the party
I've actually never noticed this in any of the Empress runs I've ever done (which is quite a lot) and I rarely soloed
