i need a p/c on this thief top please

its a lvl 60 thief top and its Epic 3 line, 4% str,4% str, and 4% luk.
So its 8% str and 4% luck.

Get i get a p/c for this please, how much would it be worth when Xenon comes out? Thanks in advance
