If you could not play for 4 months, why did you open the store in the first place? It gave you a message stating for every day you do not claim your items, a 1% fee will apply until it goes to 100%.

Well, if people bother to ready, when you about to open the store, a message dialogue pop out and tells you the special rules that apply. Do people bother reading it?
It says for each day you leave it in the storage, a 1% fee will be charged until it goes to 100% which will be used for funding.
This is good, take mesos out of the economy
