The worst customer support in the world

So recently I've been having a problem with maple that looks like this.

The thread has over 100 replies and has been only acknowledged in other threads.

I even tried calling, but as soon as i mentioned a problem, i was hung up on.

Second time calling, asked to be put throught to customer support. They said they don't have one. (LOOL)

-50/10 customer support.

ticketing system is trash. all automated messages. every ticket i've ever submitted, i've gotten the same reply. they werent even on the same topic.

Nexon has no customer support via telephone or e-mail. The only available contact with them is through their ticketing system.
Even in the "official" forums on the Maple site they usually say to send a ticket because no one who can do anything about problems ever reads the forums.
Yes, it sucks, but it's all we have.

Incidentally, you might want to obscure your login ID on the screenshot... it's not a good idea to let that kind of info out.
