30 -37 - Mushroom Kingdom (Theme Dungeon) Quests.
37 - 51 - Carnival Party Quest 1.
52 - 57 - Sorry. This one is a secret.
58 - 63 - Ludibrium Toy Factory : Aparatus Room. (Robos and Master Robos).
63 - 65/67 - Zipangu : Vanished Village (Water Goblins).
65/67 - 80/83 - Haunted House : Chimney Possesed By the Clown (Twisted Jesters).
(If trained to 80 at TJs, Rex Party Quest to 83).
83 - 90 - Alcadno Research Institute : Lab - Area B-1 (Mithril Mutae) or Alcadno Research Institute : Lab - Area A-1 (Reinforced Mithril Mutae. More EXP but more HP).
90 - 100 - Alcadno Research Institute : Lab - Area C-2 (Neo Huroid and Roid).
100 - 110 - Pirate Party Dungeon (Herb Town) (Captain and Kru).
110 - 120 - Ludibrium : Warped Path of Time 3 or Hidden Street : Unbalanced Time (Ghost Pirate or Dual Ghost Pirate).
Sorry I can't tell you about 52-57. Its a really good training place.

If you start Robos at 58, you'll be missing a lot.
No idea about Water Goblins, but I went to GSPQ
90-100: MP3 is better, but more crowded
And you'll be missing captains a lot at level 100, which isn't very good.
Edit: Forgot to mention, that's a pretty good training guide.
I think the secret place is scarecrows?
Let me guess, is 52~57 Muddy Banks 2 in Malaysia? I trained there Pre-BB and got around 50%/hr. I was practically the only person training there =)
Alternative to 90~100 would be MP3, but it is pretty crowded.
You should move on to Spirit Vikings (Warped Path of Time 4) by Lv117.
Overall, you planned out pretty good.
Is there an alternative to CPQ? Cus im tired of it :s.
