Still safe to put 3rd job SP in 2nd job skills?

Hello Basil!

Question about SP build for aran here

I am level 98 at the moment, and the pre-BB build said to max final charge from 2nd job (in 2nd job you left it at 21)
Now, is it still safe to add the SP from 3rd job into this 2nd job skill? Won't I get the message of you're lacking lv1/2/3 skills once I hit 120?

Why am I still missing? I thought you would be able to hit any monster once you are the same level? (86 dex(52+34) w.acc 245)
