Its saying Im a new member but Im not at all
So I tried sending a PM but then got an error message saying you can't PM people other than friends because you are new here or something along those lines but I'm no where near a new member to this site so can anyone help me with this problem? If you need a screenshot I can post one.

So uhm... I just sent a random PM to you again so I could get the notification thing but for some reason it went through. Sorry about that.. I guess it's fine now O_o
