Semi Funded/ No funds for some
Decided to semi fund my soon to be hero (100m of funds)
And what would be the best route to go with this amount?
I already have 7% str earrings
Also what kind of 2h axe should I get?
I'm looking at an 2h empress axe for 20m and I am not sure if that is a good deal or not

I think a 2h loveless axe is a slightly better alternative to empress unless you're planning on getting full empress set.
Also if you have time, finish the helisium questline and do daily quests after that. In two months or so of daily quests you can get enough coins for a nova cloak or shoe.
I consider myself a semi-funded Hero, here are some tips:
- Get an Empress 2H Axe! Try finding one above average and wait until RED to scroll it (I recommend you to not equip it) [25m-50m in Scania] Until than, a Stonetooth is a great alternative, you can find those for under 10m.
- A really cheap option is to farm crusader coins to buy mystic face/eye accessories, fuse these until you get a 10 ATK+ bonus potential, that's a great range boost!
- Take advantage of the attendance event! Unique pot a secondary weapon and the Axe first, if you have more scroll move to rings/pendants.
- Save some money for Empress set, until then, use the MPE gear, aim for 6%+ STR.
- Buy 6% Tempests, try to find cheap ones (I don't think 100m will cover it).
- As for a Cape, warrior Empress Cape is VERY expensive (about 900m+) so get a 2%+ Cape, you can farm some Serius Cape (I'm not sure that's the name, but the cape from Dragon Rider PQ) and fuse these for %STR or ATK bonus potential.
- When you get to level 150ish, solo Kxerel for 7.5m and nice EXP

2h empress axe is dirty cheap, get that one...
then you will have 80m, lets just ignore the basics (gloves, shoes, overall, hat) because you can do MPE and try to get 4-6% str ones...
then, try to use those to get yourself a good secondary weapon (with at least attack, % str or pdr) it shouldn't be that expensive anyways... around 14m (1m for pot scrolls 70% and 400k on clean unpotted secondarys)
then do the silent crusade questline and get yourself the lvl 105 set (face acc, eye acc, belt, pendant) since you already have decent earrings ignore that one.. try to pot these also, you could luckily get a 3% str one, if not you can just fuse 'til 3% str
with the extra money, get a cape.. and pots that should be enough..
try to merch 100m is like nothing these days...
