So I have a lvl150 DB that I would like to get new things for. I have like 2-4b to spend and these are the things I have already:
-5 Set Emp Clean (Hat,Overall,Shoe,Glove,Cape)
-6%Luk earring
-6%Luk Tempest ring, shoulder,belt and pendent
-Clean super summer goggles
-Evo ring III Lvl10
-Abr
-Dual Blade ring
-127atk 3l rare necro dagger with a 6att pot
-81atk 2l rare crap pot Moonshadow Katara

What type of %Luk gear should I aim for? Like 10-12%? Because I'm aiming for a lets say a 75k range. And what %Luk earrings should I buy 12-15%?
Keep making more funds. If you really want a change in damage I would get a new dagger. But a nice dagger would be worth 4b maybe more if its truly end game. Use events to scroll a new dagger. Clean empress equips are not that nice. If you really wanna raise damage save up mesos to buy higher % gear. Looks like more merching is needed. Still last option if you don't wanna merch or buy nx is utilize events. I cant stress this enough. Events can really save a person from being poor. Even hot-times and creating mule accounts can tremendously help. I just realized your a lv 199 kaiser dang... well you should know what to do.
Well, you could go hunting for a better dagger, or you can buy some specs LOL
