where to get lvl35-40 equips now
I'm about to make a new character, but I am having trouble finding now a town where the npcs sell level 35-40 equips... I mean it used to be Ludi or El Nath but now they only have 50-60. Does anyone know where to get them now?

Either your post or thread title is too short. Do not use a post extender (this will result in a suspension), simply put your response in sentence format.
Average character spend really short time during these lvls, and anyway, the improvement is really not that bid.
Therefore in my opinion - don't bother about this equips. just lvl up!
@nodexsins: if u want to get 4%s, spam crafting is your best choice
VIc island stocks up to level 40.

Unnecessary. Your level would be too low for %Stats to even be effective.
Town merchants
If you can't find any merchants that sell equipment in that level range, you'd be better off crafting it then fusing those.

Do you really need them. Also, there is an icon of a boy with red hair on the left of the screen, you will see three buttons in the bottom left corner of that screen. He will give you equips and weapons until level 60.
