Question about special potential slot carvers
Say I have 0 lines of bonus potential and only normal potential. Would I gain bonus potential from it? The wording suggests "3 or less bonus potentials," which implies 0 bonus potential would still work. Has anyone tested this?

I've tried, doesnt work. Less than 3 = only 1 or 2 by nexon logic
