Edit: @poo1818, u get 1 for each character that completes the attendance for an entire week (the 300 mobs around ur lv everyday quest). i think each season consists of 2 weeks though

As far as I know, they don't increase lines so your results are expected.

Cubed my epic 4% accuracy specs to 4% dex 2% luk 8dex epic pot on first try.

I suppose I should sell them based on these experiences. o.o
