You can't get Impecc Memories through MSMB for some reason.

@Cam587: They don't give you free SP to apply them in the skill, you need to level up and gain the SP yourself and then apply on the skill.
If we got free SP for getting those books, man this game would be so easy lol.

Once you double click on the MSMB, Cassandra appears in a pop-up and gives you a list of skills that you can max out. The single MSMB (Mystery Special Mastery Book) raises one available skill to their max level. e.g Cane Expert can be leveled up to level 30 or Carte Noir to level 20 etc

I don't think its tradeable. It's also limited one per character as well, as I couldn't purchase another MSMB on my Phantom.

@Remnantal: ... O__O 100%? WHAT. Omg. Does it raise it to max level, or just that one book? Like, is there Skill20-100% and Skill30-100%, or just Skill-Maxlvl-100%?
I'd imagine it's better to use it when it'll raise your skill cap to 30.

Also, is it tradeable?

I would stick with cane expert. You can never go wrong with cane expert.
You should find which book is cheaper in your world and just get the most
expensive one,
