It's from an anime called "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt." It's about two sister angels that got kicked out of heaven for being too rude and perverted, so they got send down to Earth where they have to fight ghosts and collect 100 heaven coins to get back into heaven. Their boss guy is a gay afro priest named Garterbelt, and they have a dog that is a parody of "Gir" from invader zim named Chuck.

Panty can turn underclothing into powerful guns, Stocking can turn her Stockings into swords.
