I normally start the daily goals and then go play 10 games of Yut. That earns me anywhere between 800~1000 rewards points a day.

I think you get like 10 reward points per mini game. Rock paper scissors is the quickest I believe, and you can easily build up reward points from that. Also after playing a certain amount of mini games you can finish quests and get ++ reward points.
edit: Oh and yes the max is 1000 reward points for star planet mini games. Multiplayer games give more points depending on how well you rank.
