Quick physics questions

I was assigned about 10 questions for physics, but I just can't figure out these ones... Augh. I hate the feeling of trying to figure stuff out but not being able to because you just don't know how... I'm taking the advanced class and the teacher gives us homework where 50% of the material he teaches, the other 50% you have to figure out one way or another.

31.) Find the amount of thermal energy lost when 300 g of aluminum cools from 120 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius
33.) A 50 g sample of lead starts at 22 degrees Celsius and is heated until it absorbs 8.7x10^2 J of energy. Find the final temperature of the lead.

31.) Find the amount of thermal energy lost when 300 g of aluminum cools from 120 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius

Q = c*m*(T2-T1)

33.) A 50 g sample of lead starts at 22 degrees Celsius and is heated until it absorbs 8.7x10^2 J of energy. Find the final temperature of the lead.

Q = c * m * (T2-T1)
T2= Q/c*m + T1

GreatRomantic

Find the specific heats for each element. I think you know what to do then.
