Game Skipping and/or stuttering

So it's been happening for awhile now, I think since v 100 or so. I'll be playing, but the game like stutters. It's worse in LHC, but now it seems to be happening a lot in normal towns like Henesys. Any idea what I can do to fix it? I've tried having all my settings down completely, as well as 800x600 game res, but the same thing (shouldn't need it since I think my specs are fine). Here are the specs for my comp:

It's still not made to be compatible with it? Is there anything I can do OTHER THAN downgrade my OS? Really hate Vista and XP is just too old for my liking >.<

It's weird because I can play WoW, Sudden Attack, Flyff, and other high end games with no lag at all. This game however </3

Not sure why that'd be happening, with your specs, just you could try updating any drivers that need updated.
Although it's entirely possible it's just their crappy game making itself lag. The only game I find similar lag with is MS. Nothing else has ever given me junk like that, ever.
