Yes, you should go dexless since you don't need to put points into DEX anymore to wear equips. You should stick with your Tempest Set for now until you decide you have enough money to start upgrading. I suggest you should buy some scrolled or make your own Raven armor like I did. With all the events going on, it isn't hard to get your hands on free Chaos Scrolls and use them on your items. Because %luk on Raven Horn is really expensive, you should try and cube your own or try to get 6%-9%. This is all depending on your funds so if you feel that you can go for 12%+ then go for it. As for a weapon, I'm sticking with a 181 Att Baselard for now, I think that's a pretty good standard, it still has 2 slots and 9 hammers to go.

I'm pretty sure most of the important stuff are answered in these 2 links. For the skill build, scroll down to the bottom for the post-Tempest build. The post-Tempest section doesn't include 100+, but you can just follow the basic fourth job build outline given by the previous build at the top.

Empress Equips for the full set is equivalent to about 30-40% luk so 51% would be better. benefit to empress though is boss damage IF you complete the set. if you dont complete the set then other things would be better
