Job advances are important? I know the 2nd and 3rd job thing in Tespia is pretty much out of the way since you can just easily talk to Cody over and over, skip them and go straight to 4th job. But there's a problem I noticed. I think for some people, if you want your character to be as great as it can be at that moment, that you might want to do your 2nd and 3rd job advances. Why?
