Please help m with my laptop URGENT
My brand new laptop well not really brand new I got it July 12
wont start up it was working fine one minute i turned it off to eat breakfast now it wont start up at first the screen was blank I was able to hear
when it would start up now nothing I really need help my dad got it for me for my b-day and he is going to be really disapointed in me if I tell him I broke it
Please does anyone know what to do?

What is the model number(listed at the bottom of the computer)?
EDIT: The reason I ask this is because "model number" you listed previously does not work on the HP website.
