It won't happen in December, all three of the tempest classes have to come out first which won't be over until some time in January.

@kosmachine Hero and Nova Hyper skills were released in August. It was the Archer, Thief, Dual Blade, and Pirate Hyper Skillz in October, and in September was the Warrior, Mage, and Mihile Hyper Skillz, so a better estimation would be February.

Assuming that Luminous is released around the 6th December, Kaiser should be released on the 3rd January, next comes Angelic Burster which should be late January or early February.
I conclude that it should be released between late February and early March.

expect it to be released near the end of the update, so early January? On the teaser site i see January 3rd spot as [i]coming soon[/i], so expect it to be released within that time. (again all speculation)

im assuming around april, cos it was released in October in KMS? and GMS is approx 6 months behind.

i hope that i will get lvl 170 until they will do it becuase i want the bird+tiger+giant pole arm skill

Nexon of America has not released anything hinting to an exact date, so it is unknown.

Hyper skills won't be coming out until after the tempest patch concludes, so it will most likely come out early 2013.
