Either 25% boss or 18% pdr i'd say.
%att is better than % damage but I can't remember why

There's always pdr. You can replace it later.

Best neb for weapon is the 25%boss neb I think.

Get % att if you're funded and rich, if not get total dmg.
Put a 4% all stat neb. Most useful neb and such
