Lvl 126 Evan misses on lvl 98 monster?
I am doing some quests in Singapore, in the Ghost Ship, and I noticed I was missing on some of the Mr. Anchor monsters when I attacked them. They are only lvl 98, while I am 126. Do the Singapore/Malaysia maps use a different accuracy formula than the rest of Maple, cause I thought post B-B that I wouldn't miss on any monster under my lvl?

The reason is because the monsters there have INSANE levels of avoid.
We're talking like 1500 avoid. (pink bean has 255 I think)
Oly Olys have like 800 if I'm not mistaken.
Basically, to 100% hit these guys, you need like 1500-1700 accuracy.
Singapore monsters are like that. They may have messed up its Avoid. You know how it's supposed to be based on level, and the rest on your ACC being above the monster's avoid?
