Massive Lag Spike Causes Ms to Shut down
Has happened twice now, both times during an Ani Battle on ch 1. What I did not mention in the title was that the lag spike also causes my computer to force a system restart.
I'm not going to pretend that this isn't because of where I chose to do the battle (Ch 1), and the time of day (4pm PST), but I do still have a question: is there anything that I can do in terms of playing style that can help me reduce this lag? Or maybe some sort of download that might help? Any general tip to help me not have this happen again?

I actually didn't even try the ctrl alt delete thing because I was afraid giving the comp another command in the middle of that massive lag would just make it worse.
Though your comment about it being some sort of d/c hack makes sense to me, given that some random idiot on the map prior to the boss kept yelling "half will d/c," with accompanying "@" spam signs. I'm beginning to think it had nothing to do with me specifically, and was just some fool doing a map crash for giggles.
make sure graphics are set to your fastest?
