Devil survivor 2 record breaker seems a bit underrated

I mean the price is ridiculous anywhere but i mean like it has a really good storyline to it. The characters are enjoyable the voice acting is good for eng/sub. I mean i can barely find anyone actually liking the smt series.
yeah maybe if the price wasnt at 50 for basically a reboot i'd buy
i have desu 1 and 2 from the ds and they were great
If you don't mind paying the price than yes, it's an amazing game. It's just as good as DeSu 1 and it'll provide you with well over 100 hours with both the storylines. I found the characters to be much more enjoyable and likable compared to those in 1, maybe because of the Fate system (similar to Persona's Social Links).
If $50 is still too much, then it'll probably go down in price during one of Atlus' sales.

Aah, Persona 1, good times great times. Esoecially when trying to ger Alice to become on my side as my fiend DM. Man, Revelations persona was a pain to beat at times, and that final boss, I mean, talk about strategy. Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne was another one of my favorites just becuase of fighting Dante. If you did everything correctly, then you would fight Lucifer as well, which was a tedious battle of draining his defense. Me personally, if there is any copy of the original persona around, I'd say get it. The game is too good to pass up, especially if its lower than $100.
@buebomber24 I'd recommend the first two Persona's then, they're NOTHING like 3 and 4. They don't really have the social link aspect, and instead have real demons along with persona's. And much less high school kinda plots, they touch upon darker subjects, and blahbity blah.
...uh I like Persona games. I would just choose DS over it every time.

I like DS WAY more than Persona. Honestly, I'm tired of remakes. I know the game has new content but I'm not feeling it atm.

SMT isn't exactly the most well known series.
And most of the populace of people that know it only really know of and play Persona 3/4. (Which imo are the worst in the series)
But yes, DeSu2 is a great game, just like DeSu1 and most SMT games.
I'd highly recommend the Persona 2 duology.

Well as an Australian, none of the SMT games are sold in stores, the only way to get them is on estore which is so expensive.
And its not like they are bad games, they just aren't as well liked as others. (And persona kinda overshadows every other smt game)
