No kms does NOT have NLC. Kms also don't have the following places
- cwkpq
- hayato
- kanna
- zipangu
- Showa
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- simple map mode
- unlimited pq entries

NLC is GMS exclusive I believe

A hyper teleport rock will be handed out in an upcoming hotday. I suggest you take advantage of it and get in the Bigger Ben with the rock.

It's inside the (destroyed) Bigger Ben, or the huge tower that used to stand. You can't access it because Nexon decided to destroy everything to bring in aliens (which give great exp), then followed by nerfing the aliens.
The NPC is in that Big Ben building, but there is no portal. However you can still get into the building and do the quests. All you need is a bishop or a phantom with a teleport rock, so he or she can door you up, family teleport should work too.t
NLC was apparently attacked by Aliens. I missed that part too, but I was here around the time when Aliens gave a flat value for experience, making them awesome to lvl with from lvl 70-120. Nerfed though.
