I really need you tech people

I need help with this problem I just started having with maplestory. Every time I start the game it loads well up to the login screen, at that point I type in my info but it stays on the login screen for a couple minutes then turns black and maple stops working. The screen at the login isn't frozen either, I can move the cursor around and click but it won't get passed that damned login screen.

Any help is great, thanks for your time.
