the 1st 2 was removed with the ninja castle patch

You can get the coco card by talking to one of the guys in the silent crusade headquarters.
As far as the others go, I don't know.

I'm sorry but Coco is glitched. We can't get it.

The last 4 were part of the old version of Silent Crusade, but arent implented in the new one. No idea how to get them now. Dunno about the first 2.

Pixiemom, Queen Pepe, and Toy Black Knight are Silent Crusade monsters. You get them from hunting in mystic gates.

Coco is glitched and wont drop a card.
Most of these monsters can be found in hidden-street.net/gms or simply by googling
